Join us for a half-day women’s retreat hosted by Nourished Abode at Our Table Cooperative. We’ll start the morning with coffee, tea, and light snacks in the morning sun before an hour-long Pilates class led by instructor Josie Harkavy. Josie will guide us through gentle movements that ground and restore us as women.
After class, gather in the garden to share a delicious brunch and mimosas prepared by chef and Nutritional Therapy Practitioner Emily Sundström. Emily’s food philosophy is rooted in ancestral nutrition and designed to support women’s health on every level—especially hormonal balance, steady blood sugar, and calming the nervous system. Using wild-caught, grass-fed, naturally fermented, and seasonal ingredients, she creates meals that work with your body, not against it—nourishing you in the most aligned and supportive way.
Following brunch, join florist Molly Rae from Our Table to harvest and craft your own bouquet, learning the art and care of florals while taking home a special gift from the land.
