Weekly Meal Subscription

Nourished Abode offers a weekly meal subscription that lives between a private chef and a nutritionist.

Each week, you receive two generous, family-style meals planned through a nutrition-informed lens and prepared hands-on in our kitchen. Menus are guided by seasonality, ingredient integrity, and how food is meant to nourish —then cooked slowly, with nutrient density at the forefront.

We handle the planning, sourcing, and execution.
You enjoy deeply nourishing meals, without the mental load.

Menus are released Thursdays. Meals are ready Wednesdays in the Portland metro area. Pause or adjust anytime.

From Our Kitchen To Yours

How it works

  1. Menu Posted One Week in Advance
    Each Thursday, we share the menu for the following Wednesday so you can see what’s coming and decide if it works for you. Meals feature nutrient-dense proteins, seasonal vegetables, and warming fall and winter favorites like soups and stews.

  2. Pickup or Drop off Tuesday-Wednesdays in the Portland Metro Area
    Meals are ready for convenient pickup during a designated window — Delivery at an additional fee.

  3. Family or Couples Package
    Choose a family package (feeds 4-3) or a couples package (feeds 2–3). For larger families, please read out to get your package tailored to your families needs.

  4. Customize Your Meals
    Adjust for dietary preferences — gluten-free or dairy-free options available.

  5. Flexible Subscription
    Pause, skip, or cancel anytime. Pauses must be requested by Sunday prior to the upcoming Wednesday cook day.

  • we prep on wood, cook exclusively in cast iron, ceramic, or stainless steel, and package every meal in glass to keep PFAS, BPAs, and microplastics far from your food.

  • bone broth, mineral-rich salts, soaked grains, slow-cooked vegetables, raw dairy when appropriate, and ingredients chosen to support digestion, hormones, and blood sugar.

  • all meals are designed through a functional nutrition lens to support whole-body wellness and foundational health.

  • small-batch, slow-cooked, intentional meals — never mass-produced or reheated. everything is prepared with care in our kitchen each week.

Perfect for couples or small households, the weekly subscription is $245 and includes two generous, nourishing meals curated through a nutrition-informed lens. All groceries are included, and you can pause, skip, or cancel anytime.

Family Package

Designed for families, the weekly subscription is $325 and includes two generous, nourishing, family-style meals curated through a nutrition-informed lens. All groceries are included, with the flexibility to pause, skip, or adjust anytime. Larger families can easily add on as needed.

  • Our weekly subscription delivers two nourishing meals, perfectly portioned for your family size and thoughtfully curated by your personal nutritionist, with optional add-ons like sides, snacks, or other extras.

  • Pickup is Wednesdays in Tualatin, Oregon (location provided upon booking). Exact times will be provided each week when the menu is live.

  • Sign up on our website to join the weekly meal subscription. You can select a family or couples package. Menus post Mondays for the following week, and meals are ready for pickup Wednesday–Thursday.

  • Yes! You can pause, skip, or cancel at any time. Pauses must be requested at least one week in advance of the following week’s menu.

  • Each week, we offer two family-style meals featuring nutrient-dense proteins and seasonal vegetables. Winter favorites include soups, stews, and other warming, comforting dishes.

  • No problem! You can order multiple family packages or contact us for guidance on portioning meals for larger groups.
